Postal format
The postal format is a printed pack and you can request a copy of the pack and you will receive full details of our service in a folded brochure, included a 16 page printed booklet, double sided A4 handout and additional information about how to follow up and what to expect.
Digital Format
The digital format is delivered electronically to your inbox and includes a double page A4 handout in .PDF form, which you can print and a reformatted version of our booklet in 10 Pages as .PDF.
